While writing about change management, it is a remarkably interesting subject and close to my heart. I have come across views spanning the spectrum on change management.
On one side of the spectrum—why should we invest in change management? It is not necessary to include change management while we are digitally transforming our business with Dynamics 365. We have internal capabilities to work on employee training and project management, so let us handle change management internally.
On the other side, change management is an integral part of Digital Transformation and without it the projects are bound to fail. Hence the change management cost has increased the overall digital transformation cost to threefold and the timeline is extended.
