Owner Flown Procedures

Owner/Employee-Pilot Operating Limitations Aircraft

Aircraft

• No operations in crosswinds that are in excess of 75 percent of the maximum demonstrated crosswind component should be attempted.

• All aircraft will be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s inspection program or 100-hour inspection cycle, as applicable.

• Each aircraft will be equipped with appropriate emergency and survival equipment.

Pilots

• No pilot will be allowed to fly the aircraft unless he or she has received a formal checkout from a certificated flight instructor and is listed on the insurance policy.

• No pilot having less than 25 hours in type will be allowed to act as PIC.
