The aviation department uses a special motorized vehicle known as an aircraft tug to move aircraft in and out of the aircraft hangar at the Orville Wright Airport. The weight and size of the department’s two aircraft make their movement impossible to accomplish by hand and dangerous to do so except with a specially designed vehicle.
