Leadership exists at many levels within an organisation, and many roles require leadership skills.

Depending on the size and complexity of the organisation, a number of titles can be held by the person with overall responsibility for the financial position and processes. This could be chief finance officer, director of finance, head of finance or finance manager. Similarly for responsibility for technology strategy and operations, this could be a chief technology officer in a large and complex organisation, director of IT, head of technology or IT manager in other organisations.
