Scheduler is a resource that allows access to the scheduling queue to
manipulate scheduled jobs. The scheduler executes previously defined jobs at
predefined times, such as scheduling jobs to occur at specific times or within a
specified time frame, to repeat a specified number of times, at specified intervals,
or indefinitely.
