Funding and Staffing for Change

This section looks at funding and staffing for change initiatives. It also identifies the

capabilities that the change management or talent development staff need to master, and

explores whether organizations have cross-functional or cross-departmental change man-

agement teams and how those teams are structured.

organization provided adequate funding
