Change Management
The survey asked participants to describe their change management or talent devel-
opment staff’s capability level in four knowledge and skill areas, which were originally
described in the change management section of ATD’s Talent Development Capability
Model.

The results are summarized in Figure 7. Six in 10 participants chose “Advanced”
for knowledge of how change impacts people and organizations. Less than half chose
“Advanced” for the other three areas.
