Most organizations used multiple delivery methods. The instructor-led virtual class-
room—which uses technology such as video to connect learners and the instructor in real
time—was the delivery method of choice for 81 percent of organizations (Figure 15). Another
55 percent used the instructor-led in-person traditional classroom, and 45 percent used self-
paced e-learning. Only 9 percent used self-paced print (such as reading lists of books and
magazine articles) and 3 percent used content designed specifically for mobile (such as a QR
code or app).
