Provide Training to Employees at All Levels, Not Just Leaders
The most common audiences for training in change management capabilities, techniques,
and strategies were managers and senior leaders. The majority of organizations offered
training to these groups. In addition, 37 percent offered this training to individual contrib-
utors. However, those organizations that offered this training to individual contributors
