Discussing Training Needs
At 21 percent of organizations that
offered change management training,
needs were always discussed with talent
development before the launch of a
change initiative (Figure 13). These orga-
nizations were also most likely to be high
performers. At 44percent of organiza-
tions, needs were sometimes discussed
before launch. The 35 percent of organi-
zations where needs were never dis-
cussed prior to launch were least likely to
be high performers.
