It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

有道德的程式員無論何時都會對產品的品質負責任。
不要假裝具備其實自己沒有的技巧或技術知識。不要只因為自己對某項工作感興趣，以
及喜歡做這件事，而承諾做你無法完成的工作，讓專案的進度陷入危機。
如果你發現工作完成時間比預期的還要長很多，盡快告訴團隊。有道德的程式員不會只
為了自己的面子而默不出聲。
當你被賦與責任，就履行別人對你的信任。盡你最大的能力來履行那個責任。
雇主
尊重你的雇主。
不要洩漏公司機密資訊，包括原始程式、演算法，或內部資訊。不要破壞就業合約上的
條款。
不要把幫某間公司完成的工作賣給其他公司，除非原本公司明確地許可你這麼做。
但是，如果你發現你的雇主在從事非法活動，提醒他或是酌情舉發他們的瀆職，是你的
道德責任。有道德的程式員不會為了保住他們的飯碗，而對不法行為視而不見。
不要謊報，或在公開場合說你老闆的壞話。
