Huey-Meei Chang is a Research Analyst at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). Huey began her career as a data analyst at Taiwan’s Academia Sinica, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, before emigrating to the United States. She is currently writing on China’s plan to “merge” AI and human intelligence.
Ryan Fedasiuk is a Research Analyst at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). His work focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and strategic stability. He holds a BA in International Studies from American University, and studies Russian language and literature.
