I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Throughout its history, the modernization and technological development of China’s military has benefited significantly from the transfer and acquisition of foreign technologies. Once relatively backwards as a force, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has found itself at the center of global concern and attention due to its recent deployment of advanced fighters, missiles, and ships, and other advanced capabilities. Although initially heavily reliant upon procurement and reverse engineering of foreign weapons systems and defense technologies, the PLA today appears to be in the process of transforming into a force capable of truly indigenous innovation.
