Daniel White began his career as a human resource intern at Xerox Corporation, where he learned about the importance of learning and leader-employee relationships. He next worked as a consultant at Praxis Corporation and then at his own firm, designing leadership and interpersonal skills training programs. In these roles, he deepened his knowledge of interpersonal behavior and became adept at teaching these skills in a way that resulted in behavior change. White then returned to the corporate world to serve first as a training director and later as director of executive and organization development at Citibank.
