The MFnMesh class is used to get the face-vertex normal. The MFnMesh's
getFaceVertexNormal
function is used to retrieve the face-vertex normal using the
face ID and mesh-relative vertex ID.
meshFn.getFaceVertexNormal( flndex,
vlndex, fvNormal ).
Although the mesh-relative vertex ID is known, what is the face-relative vertex ID?
Because the MItMeshVertex class iterates across all vertices without regard to faces,
