PREPARING FOR CRISIS
Communication, clear vision and values, and the fostering of effective, caring relationships all directly affect how people in an organization will emotionally respond to a crisis. These three capabilities strengthen a leader’s ability to help the organization and its people to weather a crisis. But more must be done. Effective leaders prepare their organizations for crisis.
