So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

standard for the number of simultaneous ORB connections that can be
processed.
If there are many simultaneous clients connecting to the server-side ORB, this
parameter can be increased to support the heavy load up to 1000 clients. The
default value is 240. To change this value:
1. Select Servers -> Application Servers.
2. Select the application server you want to tune.
3. Select ORB Service under Additional Properties.
4. Update the Connection cache maximum field and click OK.
5. Click Apply to save the changes then restart the application server.
