automated recovery of database assets. Its easy-to-use environment enables
even less experienced DBAs to successfully complete highly sophisticated and
efficient recovery techniques in minimal time. DB2 UDB Recovery Expert
provides intelligent analysis and diagnostics of altered, incorrect, or missing
database assets including tables, indexes, or data. It also automates the process
of rebuilding those assets to a correct “point-in-time,” often without taking the
database or e-business operations offline.
