Forms and Power Apps
In 2014, Microsoft announced that InfoPath forms solution would no longer be developed (although it will be supported until 2023). Frequently, customizing a SharePoint experience means developing and deploying forms-based solutions to capture data in order to automate business processes using InfoPath.
Microsoft Forms is an input-gathering tool that was designed for generating surveys, polls, and quizzes. Microsoft Power Apps is a new low-code development environment where users can use a combination of pre-built templates as well as their own code to rapidly build and deploy applications for their enterprise.
