If your OneDrive for Business client has been updated and is still experiencing synchronization issues, you may be able to resolve this by running a Repair operation. When you perform a repair, the OneDrive sync client disconnects the libraries that experienced sync problems, creates a backup or archive copy of existing synchronized files (as well as pending upload changes that couldn't be synchronized), and then reconfigures the libraries for synchronization as if you were synchronizing them for the first time.
