So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving reported issues
After eliminating network communications issues, you can also check whether Teams is experiencing a known issue. Microsoft Teams has been integrated with many services inside the Microsoft 365 platform and is under a cycle of continuous development and improvement. Microsoft publishes a list of known issues at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/known-issues, organized by topic areas such as Administration, Chat, and Guest Access.
