So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Embedding a group
This is the simplest configuration. With the embed functionality, you are carving out a space in an existing web page and then inserting a code snippet that renders content from a remote site (in this case, Yammer) on the current page. In order to embed a Yammer group, you need to insert the embed code from the Yammer group's page in a SharePoint site page. To configure this, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Yammer group that you wish to embed on a SharePoint server page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and, under ACCESS OPTIONS, select Embed this feed in your site:
