Once you've reached the scheduled event time, you'll need to start preparing to launch the event. Let's get started:
You can only produce an event in Teams using the Teams desktop app. You cannot do this from the web app.
- Connect a webcam, speakers, and microphone to your computer if necessary and ensure they are in working order.
- Launch Teams, navigate to the event, and click Join:

- Enable the video and microphone options, as necessary, and click Join now:
