This is one excellent tool out of many for gleaning insightful and meaningful customer feedback on newly released products and services to the marketplace. Through detailed interviews and focus groups, a small number of specially selected participants can provide an excellent range of qualitative-rich insights that could inform modifications to future product/service offerings.
