In this chapter, we saw the importance of monitoring the process within a process-driven architecture. The design of monitoring is crucial to support well-informed decisions to improve efficiency and innovate within business processes. Following the best practices set out in this chapter will give longevity in their use and allow the reuse of views in multiple dashboards and ADF visualizations that are part of the core application task flows.
