So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Legal
Lawyers are another niche market for speech applications. They are also pressed for time. Their work is language-intensive, writing long documents, reports, and briefs. By dictating these materials rather than typing them, they are able to speed their work. Or, if they have been using traditional dictation systems, they, like the doctors, can eliminate the transcription step.
