No Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) discussion is complete without mentioning the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and the Service Registry. Publishing and discovery of SOA business services are facilitated by a Service Registry because this encourages reuse across the organization and saves time by allowing for easy searching and browsing of services.
