The non-technical report provides an overview of the model but is not meant
to document in detail everything that was done. The technical report explains
all aspects of the model at a level sufcient for someone with the required
expertise to understand the approach and be able to reproduce it, at least in
principle (in practice that can be a very laborious undertaking for a complex
model). Since modelers may wish to retain the intellectual rights to a simula-
tion, the sharing of such a document may require that the reviewer sign an
