Abstract
Drones have gained vast importance in the surveillance sector due to their easy adaptability in any field, low cost, and low manpower needs. In the fastest-growing environment, the demand for transportation services is also tremendously increasing based on global needs. Drone usage is increasing across a broad spectrum of transportation-related applications. As laws and regulations change, drone integration is helping existing transportation networks operate more safely, effectively, and efficiently overall. The key areas where drones are integrated into transportation services are Surveillance and Monitoring, Traffic Management, Search and Rescue Operations, Package Delivery, Infrastructure Inspection, Surveying and Mapping, Public Safety and Emergency Response, Environmental Monitoring, and so on.
