Abstract
In today’s fast-paced world the exponential rise in the use of drones requires a lot of improvements and stability in drone communication as they are playing a major role in many societal and military applications. The development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is accelerating and is promoting several civic uses. They continue to be vulnerable to several security vulnerabilities, which endangers everyone’s safety. When they are connected to the Internet, security challenges multiply since their data stream is vulnerable to intrusions. Drones have demonstrated their capacity to offer cost-effective, real-time solutions for a variety of applications, including healthcare, monitoring of smart grids, surveillance in smart cities, and border security. Despite its numerous security and privacy concerns, researchers from all over the world have offered a wide range of ways to safeguard drone communication against cyber-attacks.
