Abstract
The logistics sector has seen great promise for drone technology. By 2027, this market is expected to grow by $29 billion, averaging 20% yearly growth. Particularly in logistics and warehousing, drones have applications. Thanks to recent technological advancements like optical navigation and sensors, drones can now be used indoors. Apart from the advancements in drone technology, another important factor contributing to the growth of warehouses is the worldwide e-commerce industry. Drones can be used, for example, in intra-logistics and automated inventory checks.
