In this research, the learner faces down and lies

on the support pad of the belly. Two elbows put on

the arms support structure, two knees put on the

legs support structure. The learner can self-control

the machine and simulates the detailed movements

of the breast stroke. Divided movements can be

practiced first and adopt the union practice. These

learning processes are shown in Figure 11.
