ABSTRACT: Transport Stream (TS) transmitting over TCP can bring heavy burden to CPU on the
network because the CPU must filter the TS packets, generate TCP frames in RAM, and maintain TCP
connection information which would cause frequent interrupts and occupy a lot of computation resource.
