An evaluation model for embedded knowledge services
using fuzzy AHP

ABSTRACT: This article is to study an evaluation problem for embedded knowledge services in aca-
demic libraries. It analyzes the main factors which impacting embedded knowledge services and construct
an index system which includes effects of service, facilities, service skill knowledge resource configuration.
It uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate embedded knowledge services in academic libraries.
Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
