So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This page gathers together all the different things eBay can do for you. From Services, you can resolve a dispute, retract a bid, find an expert to authenticate items from Beanie Babies and comic books to jewelry and sports autographs, buy a warranty for an eBay purchase, and more. The Services page is divided into three main areas:
General Services. This section covers services of interest to both buyers and sellers. There are links to pages for safe trading (including conflict resolution), money-related stuff (PayPal, escrow information, and financing), the Feedback Forum (Section 2.1), and pages where you can download the eBay Toolbar (Section 3.1.13) or learn about eBay Anywhere Wireless (Section 3.1.14). You can also get to the main pages for Giving Works (Section 8.5), eBay's charity auctions, and the eBay Affiliate program, which lets you earn money by directing people to eBay from your Web site (Section 10.2).
Bidding and Buying Services. From this section, you can file a report if you didn't receive an item you bought. You can also buy a warranty for eligible eBay items (including most new, used, or refurbished electronic items), learn about buyer-protection programs (Section 2.4.4), or follow a link to retract a bid (Section 2.4.2).
