So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

4.1 MODELS OF POWER SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES
SimPowerSystems/Power Electronics includes various models of semiconductor
devices [1]:
1. Diode
2. Thyristor
3. Detailed Thyristor
4. GTO
5. MOSFET
6. IGBT
7. IGBT/Diode
The pictures of the devices are shown in Figure 4.1. For all devices, the option Show
measurement port m is marked. The dialog boxes contain a number of the repeated
lines (elds), so the dialog box of the IGBT-transistor is described rst, and after-
wards, the distinguishing features are indicated for some devices.
