It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Activating ETLs
Before the newly defined ETLs can start extracting data from the source
databases into the TEDW environment, they must be activated. This implies that
a schedule must be defined for each of the main processes of the ETLs. After
having provided a schedule, it is also necessary to change the operation mode of
the all the related ETL components to
production in order for TEDW to start
processing the ETLs according to the specified schedule.
