WHAT CAN ASURVEY DO?

At its most basic, a survey is a tool to collect data, a method for gathering information and conducting research. There are many ways to collect employee insights, such as interviews, focus groups, internal and external social media channels, and even suggestion boxes. While all these are useful, they don’t scale well in large organizations, and are not a practical approach to collecting input from a broad and representative group of employees.
