Measuring the SRE Transformation
In this chapter, the success of the SRE transformation is measured. The outcomes are measured both quantitatively and qualitatively, reflecting the complex nature of the transformation. Because it is a very multidimensional process, the transformation must be measured across many dimensions. This chapter shows how to do this.
