I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A colleague called me recently and ended our conversation with a question: “Do you ever get frustrated? We know what to do! We know how to do it! Why can’t our organizations let us do our job?” If your client has ever told you she needed a training program, it could not exceed 3 hours in length and it had to roll out in 3 weeks because work was slow at that time, then you know what I’m talking about.
