So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

All these new Dynamic Array functions are fantastic and are great additions to the huge arsenal of tools that we have at our disposal within Excel.
But these are / will be only available in Office 365 versions of Excel, so many users will say “What about me?”
