So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
This chapter is more of a thought process than a nuts and bolts how-to. Therefore, rather than start with a finished product and explain it, this will start with the need and slowly build toward the result and address new challenges as they show up.
So, the goal is not to build the seating chart. The goal is to dig into the things that aren’t in an Excel cell; the things that are in the developer’s head. Things like:
- How can I work smarter during development?
- How can I test scenarios?
- What alerts will be good for the user?
