I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Docker Swarm in OpenStack
Docker Swarm is the default Docker orchestration tool. It uses the Docker command line interface and leverages compatibility with other Docker-based solutions.
Docker Swarm has been integrated as a core tool for Docker engines since version 1.12 of Docker release.
As an OpenStack cloud operator, there will be no need to reinvent the wheel by tweaking the compute driver to include Docker Swarm to manage containers on the top of OpenStack. Magnum is featured to claim Swarm as a COE available and ready to go, further strengthening the focus on deploying cloud native and legacy applications in containers.
Running Swarm on top of OpenStack will not make a huge difference from an operation perspective, as Magnum keeps ...
