16.2
动态灾难响应策略

灾难做准备的第一步是提前考虑可能遇到的情况。与其他技能一样，可以通过计划、练习
和迭代过程来锤炼灾难响应能力，直到它们成为第二天性。
事件响应和骑自行车不一样。如果没有常规练习，响应人员就很难保持良好的肌肉记忆。
缺乏实践可能会导致响应断层以及恢复时间延长，因此最好经常演练并完善灾难响应计
划。在响应事件的过程中，训练有素的事件管理技能让相关领域专家能发挥自如。如果这
些技能成了第二天性，专家遵循流程时就会毫不费力。
将响应计划分为即时响应、短期恢复、长期恢复和恢复运营等阶段会很有帮助。图
