Acknowledgments
This book began with a phone call from a long-time friend, Jon Orwant.
He knew of my penchant for building new toys and hacks and asked me if I
would like to put some of those ideas on paper for others to enjoy.
I would like to thank my technical reviewers who read and critiqued my
writing. They are: Steve Hazelwood, Eric Faulkner, Bunnie Huang, Matt
Biddulph, Raffi Krikorian, Tim Allwine, Nat Torkington, and Shane
