Subcontractor Agreement
This agreement dated September 1, 20XX, is between Field Consulting Services, LLC, Ann Arbor, MI, and ABC Consulting located in Cleveland, OH.
Scope of Services and Consideration
The subcontractor will provide quality consulting, training, and implementation services and will deliver these services to the FCS clients on a project-by-project basis at the client’s designated site. FCS will approve project or training plans prior to the start of work.
FCS agrees to pay the subcontractor a daily or hourly rate of $XXX/hour plus travel expenses for days to be determined. Each new project will be evaluated for daily rate and other consideration prior to beginning work on the project.
