Solving the core challenges

ONCE YOU HAVE DETERMINED YOUR CORE CHALLENGES and used these to set your goals, the next question to address is how they can be overcome. Which strategic initiatives and which solutions should be developed in order to address the core challenges? On which activities should the organisation focus?
