So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
This chapter covers the Common Desktop Environment (CDE) and GNOME. Most of the chapter covers CDE but there is a brief introduction to GNOME because at the time of this writing GNOME can be downloaded from the HP Web site and runs on many HP servers.
