Abstract
Industry 5.0, the newest phase of industrial growth, integrates modern technology with human-centric methods. Human capital—worker skills, knowledge, and abilities—drives innovation and production today. Human capital analytics (HCA) helps companies harness their people resources and link them with technology. This chapter examines HCA and upcoming technologies in Industry 5.0. It examines how data analytics might improve human capital strategy and performance. Companies may make educated decisions by using predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to understand workforce trends, skill shortages, and employee engagement. The chapter also examines how AR, VR, and robots might change conventional workplaces. These technologies boost productivity and efficiency and change employment responsibilities, requiring ongoing upskilling and reskilling. Additionally, the abstract discusses the ethical issues and limitations of using HCA and current technologies to manage human capital. It stresses openness, privacy, and justice in data-driven decision-making and addresses employment displacement and digital divide issues.
