Abstract
In traditional times, organizations are doing various administrative tasks manually, which uses a lot of time and paperwork. In today’s times, it is not possible to handle everything manually because of complicated business processes. Upgrading technology will bring about a big revolution in every aspect of organizations, including human resource management and its practices. With the advent of digital technologies, organizations gain the potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of various HR practices, with less paperwork, and virtual meetings, which leads to less time wastage and more productivity. This study aims to explore the digital transformation of HRM and compare traditional and modern technology-based HRM practices. Moreover, this study focuses on potential risks, challenges faced by modern technology-based HRM practices, and major concerns related to digital transformation.
